Onboarding & Survey
Once instructed, we open your OLYMPUS project ticket, request all site information, and arrange a measured survey if required. Your dedicated Senior and Junior Designers are assigned at this stage.

Design & Drawing Package
We develop the scheme design, produce planning drawings, and prepare all statutory documents — Design & Access Statements, Heritage Statements, and any specialist report coordination. Every drawing pack is QA-reviewed by the Senior Designer before release to you.

Pre-Application Advice (Where Applicable)
For complex or sensitive schemes, we engage the council's pre-application service before formal submission — building officer relationships and resolving potential objections early. This significantly increases approval probability.

We manage the complete Planning Portal submission — uploading all documents, paying validation fees, and confirming receipt. OLYMPUS is updated in real-time so you can follow every step.

Officer Liaison & Decision
We proactively communicate with your case officer throughout the statutory determination period, responding to queries and managing any requested amendments. Target: 8 weeks for householder, 13 weeks for larger applications.
